Accel Mechanical came highly recommended by a nearby business, so we placed a service call on December 23, 2024, to check on the weak heating in our restaurant. We were told a technician would call us on December 26 when he's heading toward our restaurant. However, no one called on December 26. We followed up on December 27 and were promised an update, but it never came. We reached out again on January 3, and once more, they assured us someone would check the status and call us, but that did not happen. Finally, on January 4, we had to call a different company for assistance. As of today, January 17, no one from Accel Mechanical has contacted us to ask if we still need their services. After three service requests and nearly a month with no response, we decided to leave feedback, hoping they can provide some clarity on what happened.

I called looking to relocate a thermostat in our commercial office. I would cook while my co-workers would freeze. Rather than giving me what I asked for, the Accel tech (Mr. Anden Lehse) came to the office and did some investigation. He came to conclude the issue wasn't the location of the thermostat. Rather than giving me what I asked for and billing me for it, he suggested a different route (adding a zone). Hey Accel - you have a good one in Anden. Kudos!

Four years ago, I wrote an unfavorable review. Now Accel Mechanical is my first call when we are having trouble. The owner and his team explain what is happening clearly, give options for what they can do (or what they can't do), and work hard to keep costs down as much as possible. Plus, they work hard to be responsive...like last summer when the air conditioner conked out in the middle of the hottest weeks of the summer.

My furnace went out overnight right after I bought my house and even though they were short-handed and very busy, Accel managed to get somebody out to my place within a few hours of me calling! Not a single other company was willing to do it that day but Accel pulled through. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Their prices are very fair. Great service!

We called Accel because they provided excellent service in the past. This time we waited two hours for a call back to tell us that our shop furnace would have to wait until Monday...or we could pay a whopping $157 per hour over time for after hours service. Don't wait to tell us it will be overtime when it is clear the poor guys are already going as fast as they can with customers. Manage expectations upfront, so that we can make decisions sooner...you might still have gotten the business.

We had a problem with our furnace clicking on & off. We called expecting to get an appointment from the following week but they had an opening the same day! They came out to the house right away, they were very professional & extremely friendly. They fixed the problem, it was something simple(they could've charged us way more) they were very thorough. Great prices & spectacular service! Definitely going to use them again and will recommend them to everyone! Thanks for the great service!

I spent $7000 on a project that other plumbers said was twice the cost they would have done it for. Could not get them after many calls to get the dates and exact hrs they were there. so I got hosed on that project. they also put in about 3 feet of copper line with 3 hoses bibs. got that bill for an hours work as they used crimpers..for $600. so when they wouldn't deal on the first job, the owner or service manager said to forget the second bill.. now 2 yrs later they call and want the $600 again. they ask who would of authorized that--Really!!! I have no idea what anyones name is in the company, and they want to take me to collections. Please find a reputable company like Gibb, never a problem with them. Never Ever will I use Accel, and neither should you.

I called asking for options about low water pressure. They suggested coming out to look at it. After their visit I get a surprise bill for $105 in the mail. I understand some businesses need to charge for estimates, but in those cases it should be made clear their suggestion of coming over carries with it a price.
